1 – General terms and conditions
Payments are required following the handover of content provided. 30-day accounts are available please contact us. to discuss. You will be required to pay the balance of the Total contract price for the description of services supplied when complete and in the hand of any data. Accounts are subject to our approval. Any payment of a deposit for work that requires stopovers due to costs for accommodation will be paid by the client, see (4) Booking deposits.
2 – Payment Methods
We accept Bank Transfer VIA faster payments (faster payments), Cash, Cheque. For account clients, You will be sent a statement every month.
3 – Multimedia data
All undertaken photography projects for our customers and clients will be available to view on location on an 18 Inch HD screen or download online If an account is approved.
4 – Booking Deposit
A deposit of between 15-25% depending on the work required may be added to each booking, this will be deducted from the total contract price or inclusive of the total cost. Any deposit paid constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions here within 1 – 10.
5 – Prices
All prices quoted are in Sterling & is subject to V.A.T the price quoted online is estimated within 15%, we will confirm the total cost to you by telephone/ email/ Invoice.
6 – Amendments by you
If you wish to modify your booking, we will do our utmost to make the changes. Modifications may be subject to an administration charge.
7 – Cancellation and fees
Cancellations must be made by email or telephone and will take effect the day such modification is received. Cancellation charges are as follows

Bookings made by you (the client) for a specific day are subject to a 150.00 cancellation charge (IF YOU CANCEL)
If Helicammedia has full control of the Photoshoot/Filming (Selection of the day in our time calendar) there are no cancellation charges applied.
7a – Cancellation, and fees – continued
Cancellations must be received by us in writing via email at least ONE WORKING DAY prior to the above day. Any refunds due regardless of your original payment method will be refunded to the Business/Payee only. In the unlikely event, we have to cancel your booking we will offer alternatives dates at no extra charge to you.

7b – Exclusions

8 – Responsibility
The descriptions in our our web-site have been prepared in good faith. All the services that we currently offer are owned by us therefore we undertake public liability Insurance. We cannot accept any liability in respect of injury, loss, or damage however caused, unless it is by act or omission of our company employees, refer to (CFRD) on risk disclaimer. Our liability for affiliates to provide the service promised is limited to the value of the booking in all cases. Helicammedia accepts no liability for events caused as a result of acts of God, Governments, hostilities of war, political unrest, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, theft, epidemics quarantine, medical or customs regulations, technical or administrative problems with transport, closure of airports, breakdowns with machines and equipment, adverse weather conditions, water shortages or any other circumstances outside of our control and could not have been avoided even with all due care. We are unable to accept any liability for any delay, transportation to and from your location due to circumstances out of our control. In such circumstances, you may be able to make a claim under your insurance policy.
9 – Data protection
All information provided to Helicammedia will remain confidential and used only for client purposes. Refer to our privacy policy.
10 – Copyright and Usage
Usage Rights/licenses are not valid until payment is received in full. Ownership and reproduction rights of the photographs and or video footage remain with Helicammedia unless otherwise specified within a separate contract. We reserve the right to use any photograph and or video footage for personal promotion in any medium chosen after any content has been aired or broadcast for promotional purposes. All multimedia data will be kept fully confidential until disclosure of any media has been aired/broadcast and made available to view to the public. Payment for services rendered by Helicammedia constitutes acceptance of all terms outlined herewith.
